24 fun filled degrees right now, 9AM.  Hmmm...  Is this February or March??

 

Combing thru my emails this morning, I of course get a lot of junk from the penis people... apparently I now need Viagra Max Pro.... I also had my weekly list of matches from the 2 dating services I'm on.... and it occurs to me that if the dating services did a better job, and I was getting a ton of action, I might have a use for the Viagra....  The Viagra people, if you ask me, should start funding the dating services, which could greatly increase the market for their product....

 

Speaking of my matches, one profile has the title "I'm Not Your Type."  I was intrigued.  Sure enough, she's not my type.  Amazing, a little truth in advertising.   Go figure...  Heh heh, a commodity more rare than platinum, or Uranium yellowcake... truth on a dating service. 

 

What exactly do people do after the NFL ends, but before Spring starts???  Just wondering....

 

Today is day 40 of quitting smoking.  Which seems like a long time, when I see it typed on a screen.  Instead of getting easier, however, it is getting harder.   And I'm packing on weight.  So,  number one, if I'm going to have to quit eating AND smoking, I dunno, I have grave reservations about the viability of this...  And number 2, after I quit smoking and eating, maybe I could sell my cars and my bike, and just get a cot and sleep at work, and not have any fun at all... while I'm at it, maybe I could sell everything and join a monastery....

 

Yeah... exactly.  Doesn't seem likely...

Good day.... Another nice day, here in the Midwest.... Rode my bike to work.  I bought it for recreation, but a great little side benefit is that it gets 50 miles per gallon, in spite of all the performance enhancements... kinda nice, with gas at $3.45 here....

 

2nd place in a Poker Tourney yesterday... I was somewhat disappointed.  I was outplaying the guy at the end, but he pulled out some miracle cards in big hands, and busted me.... that's poker.  It'll go in my notebook as a profitable session though, so in a few days I'll look back on it as a nice tourney with a nice finish.... coulda won it, though.... oh well...
